Service for Manage and Resource Management |

- Sun MC Implementation Service
Examining the customer's server environment to understand their information technology environment as it relates to the service. It includes the following:
- Conducting a hardware, system software, application software and system management policy survey
- Qualifying the customer's SunMC Server platform and operating system
- Installing and configuring the SunMC Software
- Security hardening for Solaris Services
Is an implementation service that addresses server hardening by utilizing the Solaris Operation Environment controls for identification, authentication, access control to help mitigate risk to the customer's security infrastructure.

- Backup Tape Library implementation Service
Is an engagement designed to implement a single tape library on a single server. To help move you from your properly installed tape library to an even more functional one, this service provides the following:
- Pre-implementation planning
- Tape Library configuration and testing
- Installation of Network backup, monitoring and administration software
- Test backup and restore software
- Documentation and review
- LAN Free Backup Tape Library Implementation Service
Is an engagement designed to implement a single tape library on a single server. To help move you from your properly installed tape library to an even more functional one, this service provides the following:
- Pre-implementation planning for LAN free backup and restoration
- Tape Library configuration and testing
- Installation of LAN Free backup, monitoring and administration software
- Test backup and restore software
- Documentation and review

| This Service provides Customer with installation and basic configuration of Customer's Sun[TM] Cluster software ( Covered Software ). This includes site audit, installation planning, system installation specification, installation and configuration of Covered Software, installation verification, and system turnover. |
