Marketing & Event Support
Key Responsibilities
1. Participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of marketing activities, trade shows, and vendor seminars.
2. Prepare post-event reports summarizing outcomes, performance metrics, and key insights.
3. Manage vendor claim submissions and reconciliation processes following marketing activities.
4. Review PR reports and verify information accuracy.
5. Develop press releases, investor communications, and content related to business performance and industry news.
6. Create, design, and manage EDMs and marketing visuals for public relations announcements.
7. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support marketing and sales initiatives.
8. Oversee and update the company website to ensure content accuracy and timeliness.
9. Inspect, track, and manage DEMO inventory.
10. Review, verify, and coordinate with vendors, Oracle partnership agreements and products reseller right via Oracle Portal.
11. Coordinate, check and setup type customers through Oracle Portal.
12. Creative ideas and find representatives to produce premium gift for the company's various occasions.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

1–3 years of experience in marketing or event coordination (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).

Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proactive, creative, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Ability to using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

Good command of English (reading and writing).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
