Senior Sales (VAST Data)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic account plans for VAST Data solutions with assigned enterprise customers.

  2. Coordinate sales activities with Presales, Product, and other business units to ensure alignment and effective execution across VAST Data opportunities.

  3. Drive profitable and sustainable sales growth for VAST Data Universal Storage and related solutions.

  4. Acquire new customers and expand VAST Data adoption in both Enterprise and Public Sector markets.

  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer and team to support successful project outcomes.

  6. Provide continuous feedback from customers to internal teams regarding VAST Data product requirements, performance expectations, and future enhancements.

  7. Retain and grow existing VAST Data customers by achieving up-sell and cross-sell targets 

  8. Investigate customer concerns, track issues, identify market trends, and implement practical solutions.


Qualifications

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise IT Solution Sales, preferably in storage, data infrastructure, or high-performance data platform solutions.

  1. Strong experience selling enterprise storage or related infrastructure (e.g., Pure, NetApp, Dell, HPE, IBM) — experience in VAST Data or next-generation storage platforms is a strong advantage.

  2. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience working with large enterprise or public sector customers.

  3. Good understanding of data storage, HPC workloads, AI/ML infrastructure, and modern data architecture.

  4. Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working closely with both sales and technical teams.

  5. Good command of English for communication with vendors and international customers.
