Sales – Professional Service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand Professional Services offerings (consulting, deployment, integration, and managed service packages) for Splunk, OKTA, and other security solutions for which Vintcom Technology holds distributorships, including any other services required to comply with the offering.

  • Drive service revenue growth by identifying and closing new opportunities with both existing and prospective customers.

  • Upsell and cross-sell Professional Services to customers adopting software licenses or subscriptions, ensuring end-to-end solution adoption.

  • Engage with partners and end users at all levels to understand their business challenges and advocate for all Vintcom’s Professional Services offerings.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, presales, and delivery teams to design and position high-level service scopes (POC, Health Check, Optimization, Training, and Support Packages).

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification, through proposal preparation and presentation, to handover to the professional services team—while maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records.

  • Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service delivery and continuous engagement to identify expansion opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

  • At least 5 years’ experience in IT solution or professional service sales

  • Knowledge of security and enterprise software (e.g. Splunk, OKTA)

  • Proven ability to sell consulting, implementation, or managed service solutions

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Able to manage full sales cycle and work with technical teams effectively

  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and good team player

  • Good command of English
