Senior Sales (Okta)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute key account plans and strategies for assigned enterprise customers.
2. Coordinate account strategies and activities with other business units to ensure alignment and effective execution.
3. Drive profitable and sustainable sales growth within assigned accounts.
4. Acquire new customers to expand the company’s client base and generate new business opportunities.
5. Build and maintain strong business relationships with customer executives and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Provide continuous feedback from clients to product and sales management teams regarding product needs and improvements.
7. Retain and grow existing accounts while meeting or exceeding up-sell and cross-sell targets.
8. Investigate, track, and resolve customer concerns, identify market trends, and implement practical solutions.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Solution or Enterprise Solution sales.
2. Experience selling IT enterprise solution especially in identity access management solution (eg. Ping Identity, CyberArk, Beyond Trust)
3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with Enterprise or Public Sector clients.
4. Solid understanding of cybersecurity and infrastructure technologies.
5. Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively with both sales and technical teams.
6. Good command of English for communication with vendors and international clients.
