Sales Support

Responsibilities

1) Sales Operation & Documentation

  • Prepare quotations, BOQ, TOR Mapping, product comparison sheets

  • Create and verify PR/PO, contract documents, and ordering documents (Oracle / Hitachi / Cloud Services)

  • Validate pricing, SKU, license models, and cloud consumption models

  • Update sales pipeline and CRM on a weekly basis

  • Prepare sales reports and project status updates

2) Internal & External Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with presales, product managers, service delivery, and finance teams

  • Liaise with vendors such as Oracle, Hitachi, Informatica, and Cloudera to

    • Register deals

    • Request discounts

    • Validate product configurations

    • Handle compliance documentation

  • Schedule meetings with customers, vendors, and partners

3) Field Sales Support

  • Attend customer meetings together with the sales team

  • Present basic solution information, licensing fundamentals, and use cases

  • Capture customer requirements, pain points, and prepare meeting minutes

  • Follow up with customers by sending documents, proposals, and next steps

  • Join events, workshops, and roadshows as a representative of the sales team

4) Event & Marketing Support

  • Collect target customer lists and invite customers to workshops or events

  • Coordinate with vendors for marketing funds and activity approvals

  • Handle post-event tasks such as lead collection and reporting

5) Basic Post-Sales Coordination

  • Provide activation documents and subscription details to customers

  • Track billing, renewal, and cloud consumption status

  • Coordinate incident tickets or support requests

 

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, MIS, Marketing, or related fields

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support / Sales Coordinator within IT industry

  • Basic understanding of Cloud, Storage, Database, or Data Solutions (advantage)

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Dashboard)

  • Good communication in Thai & English

  • Fast learner with strong multitasking and time-management skills

  • Professional appearance and confident in attending customer meetings

  • Detail-oriented with high responsibility

  • Strong teamwork mindset and coordination skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new enterprise IT technologies
